Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the SOLA platform. These terms govern your access to and use of our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SOLA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of SOLA constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
Use of the Platform
SOLA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to reverse-engineer our AI systems, circumvent usage limits, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
Content and Intellectual Property
SOLA and its licensors own all rights to the platform, including all content, features, and functionality. Our AI models, algorithms, and interfaces are proprietary. Content you input into SOLA remains yours; however, you grant us a limited license to process that content to deliver our services.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use SOLA to engage in activities that violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, harass or harm others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. Accounts found violating these terms will be suspended or permanently terminated.
Limitation of Liability
SOLA is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SOLA at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
